The business of telecommunications is a complicated one, even more so in the Alaskan landscape. We partnered with internal UX teams at GCI for nearly 3 years to continually improve their instance of Salesforce in ways that better served their business and their customers. Over the course of the relationship, we defined and executed multiple user research efforts, using findings to map actual user behavior and needs. We then created prioritized roadmaps of changes to the interface as well as detailed designs for their internal implementation teams. Our long term relationship with GCI allowed us to become integrated, trusted partners known for making complicated systems simpler and easier to use.
